  5 stars is not enough for this firm. I called them into a residential death late on Dec. 29th. Their preparation will satisfy the pickiest of receiving firms and their professional care and attention to detail in handling your family's needs during services in Florida were praised highly by the bereaved family we were recently privileged to serve. Whether you are an area family in need of funeral services or a distant hometown firm needing quality assistance anywhere near Fort Myers Beach/Bonita Springs (I wish I had known about them a month ago when a family in Punta Gorda needed our recommendation), call Shikany's.   I found my experience with Shikany Funeral home very very good. It was a terrible time in my life and I
  was totally unprepared to be handling the death of my husband. Bill as well as his staff went out of their way to help me thru this. In such a time I felt I had made the best decision to have them with the arrangements.

  It has been 7 years since my father has passed away.. They still have not had the gravestone put in. Previously we used this funeral home for my grandmother. They still have not etched the date of death for her on the gravestone. My family has contacted them countless times and still nothing has been done. My cousin also used this funeral home when her husband died. And she is having the same problems. Even going in to the place and talking with the owner has come to no avail. We paid for their service in full and they failed to hold up to their end of the bargain. This place needs to be exposed.
